Arrival Time

We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that you are able to relax in our lounge area and enjoy a herbal tea.  For those who are visiting the clinic for the first time, we ask that you arrive early so that you are able to fill in a short consultation form to enable us to tailor your treatment to your needs.

To respect all of our clients, late arrival will result in your treatment time being shortened to finish at the scheduled time.
