Frequently asked questions
How do I book a party?
Simply call the clinic on 9372 9180. We will need to know the date of the party and how many girls will be attending.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes a 50% deposit must be paid at the time of booking. The other 50% must be paid 2 weeks prior to the party date.
Is my deposit refundable?
No your deposit is not refundable.
What happens if I cancel my party?
If you cancel the party 2 weeks or more before the party date you lose your 50% deposit. If you cancel 2 weeks or less from the party date unfortunately no refund will be given.
What forms of payment are accepted?
For your convenience we accept Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
Should I stay at the party?
We do require the host to stay at the party.
Should the other parents/adults stay at the party?
It is not essential that the other parents/adults stay at the party however they are more then welcome! A platter can be arranged for the adults for an additional cost.
Can I bring food to the party?
You can bring along your own small selection of food such as sandwiches, fairy bread, fruit etc however we ask that you do tell us. Please also be aware that it is your responsibility to supply plates etc and set up the food.
Can I bring drinks to the party?
We supply pink lemonade for the kids if you would like to substitute this for something else please let us know at the time of booking. You are also more then welcome to bring along your own drinks we just ask that you notify us.
What time should my guests arrive at the party?
We recommend that your guest arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your party time so they can enjoy the full benefits the party.
Can I invite boys to the party?
Boys are more then welcome to attend the party. If you would like them to participate in the treatments they will be charged as per normal price per head. If they do not participate in the treatments but in the party games there is no extra cost. We must be notified if they are attending.
What days/times can I have my party?
We can cater your party any time during our opening hours, which are as follows: -
Monday 10am – 4pm (closed during winter)
Tuesday 10am – 7pm
Wednesday 10am – 9pm
Thursday 10am – 9pm
Friday 10am – 6pm
Saturday 9am – 3pm
Sunday CLOSED
*Please note if you would like to hold a party outside of these hours it can be arranged however there may be an additional cost. We may also be booked during some of the above times, we recommend that you book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Can I have a spa party at my house?
Yes you can have a spa party at your house for an additional cost. Please call us for further information.
