We have all heard about the new trend Vajazzling which has taken America by storm and celebrities such as Jennifer Love Hewitt are only to happy to advocate.  And now Vajazzling has arrived to Moonee Ponds, Melbourne!

So what exactly is Vajazzling? It is the act of applying glitter and Jewels made from Swarovski crystals which are gently applied to your ‘ladies private area’. In other words it is bedazzling for your ‘va-jay-jay’ (in the words of Jennifer Love Hewitt.)

Typically Vajazzling is done after getting a Brazilian wax however it can also be done as its own treatment. The area must be free of hair or it can be applied to other areas such as the stomach, back, waist, arm, neck and legs. It only takes a few minutes and the crystals then stick to the area using a cosmetic adhesive which is totally safe.

How long does Vajazzling last?

Vajazzling can last up to 5 days depending on how you treat the area. It is important to be aware of the area and wear loose clothing if possible.

Can Vajazzling crystals be re-used?

Yes the crystals can be re-used if they are looked after and the glue is still intact. Ensure to store the stones properly like you would any other quality stone.

Can I Vajazzle another area?

If you’re not comfortable starting off with a full vajazzle treatment, you can always start with another area such as your lower back, waistline, stomach, arms or legs.

 
Will Vajazzling hurt my partner?

The crystals are safe and will not hurt your partner as they are not sharp and will not grate against your partner. We have had allot of feedback that our clients partners love Vajazzling!

Can I Vajazzle over my tattoos?

Vajazzling over a tattoo is exactly the same as a non tattooed area. It will add extra sparkle to your tattoo.

What happens when the hair grows back?

A typical vajazzle application lasts a few days. In this time depending on how the hair has been removed your skin should still be smooth. By the time your pubic hair grows back the vajazzling crystals will have fallen off on their own.
Ideally you should wax instead of shave. A wax keeps the skin smoother for a longer period of time. Just be sure to take care of your skin before applying the crystals. If you're experiencing excessive redness then wait a while before applying.

The cost of Vajazzling is $20 if done on its own or $10 if done after a Brazilian or G-String wax.
